Business Problem

  • Incomplete information captured during employee onboarding

  • Liaison with technology player to develop Aadhar based onboarding product
  • Launched Aadhar based onboarding across the organisation

  • Employee dissatisfaction due to delay in salary remittance
  • Very onerous task of verifying the documents and rejecting doubtful cases

  • Onboarding process simplified and fast
  • All required information is captured before an employee is onboarded. So, there is no risk of incomplete data
  • Any manipulated document/ information is identified before an employee is onboarded. So, process is much streamlined

E- SUBMISSION OF INVOICES TO CLIENT


Business Problem

  • High manual effort involved in delivery of invoices to client
  • Inspite of high effort, invoices were seldom delivered on time and in full
  • Substantial bandwidth of field staff was involved in invoice delivery

What did we do?

  • Liaison with technology player to develop electronic mode of invoice delivery
  • All invoices generated @ Head office is electronically submitted to clients. So, no need of generating print of the invoices and physical delivery

  • Poor tracking of assets deployed @ sites
  • Poor visibility of Health of the machines. So, operations suffer when machine is down and there is no immediate rectification of the machine

  • Liaison with technology player to develop asset management tool on digital platform
  • Deployed digital tool to check health of assets across all locations

  • Time taken to resolve machine breakdowns are high which in turn affects the operations

  • Complete transparency of time taken to resolve the issues
  • 100% visibility makes operations smooth and confidence level increases
