The word ‘Sambuddha’ in ‘Sambuddha Management Consulting (SbMC)’ is coined on ‘Sama Sambuddha’ of Buddhism. ‘Sama Sambuddha’ is the most enlightened among 3 Buddha’s. He is not only the most enlightened, through his own efforts, he also has the distinction of setting up knowledge framework which would be guiding post for all others.
It is believed ‘Sama Sambuddha’ would come to earth once in 1000 years and would setup guiding framework for next 1000 years.
We are inspired by ‘Sama Sambuddha’. We strive to deliver time enduring solution to our client’s business problem which would have lasting footprint on client process.
Our consulting services are no way advisory in nature. It is mostly rolling up the sleeves and work with clients to deliver effective solution.

SbMC was founded by Adarsh in the year 2019. Adarsh is a mechanical engineering graduate from RVCE Bangalore topped by MBA in operations mgt from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
Before founding SbMC, Adarsh worked with few known names in manufacturing like Toyota, Maruti Suzuki and ABB. His stint with Danish management consulting firm, Valcon helped him to hone his business knowledge to Consulting requirements.
Overall, he has around 18 years of work experience. Profitability improvement, Lean transformation, Operations Improvement, Digital transformation are some of his specializations.
